Why We Started
My Daily Therapy was created in 2024 with a simple goal: making emotional support more accessible to people who may not have immediate access to traditional therapy. The idea emerged after our team observed how many individuals struggled with stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm while facing barriers such as cost, scheduling limitations, and long waiting times for professional support. We believed technology could help bridge part of that gap by providing a supportive, accessible space for everyday mental wellness.
